In looking at shutters, the prime consideration is the wood used to manufacture shutters. We use all three types of the most widely used wood and rate them as : Economy, Standard and Designer Shutters. To understand the woods we have given you two links: www.hardwood.org and www.dulley.com These two sites will give you independent information on the three types of woods and explain which of them is used for shutters most often.
